Ordering
What is Celsyn360?
Celsyn360 is a research-grade peptide catalog. Every published batch can be looked up on our Lab Results page using the batch number printed on the label.
Who may access or order from the website?
Access to the Site requires confirming you are at least 21 years of age via the entry acknowledgement shown on your first visit. See our Terms of Service for the full eligibility and research-use requirements.
How do I place an order?
Browse the Research Catalog, choose View Options on a product to select a one-time purchase quantity (or Bundle & Save tier where available), add it to your cart, and check out — with or without creating an account.
Can I cancel an order?
You can request cancellation any time before your order has been dispatched — contact support@celsyn360.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for the full details, including what happens after dispatch.
Shipping
How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are prepared for shipment in the order they're received. See our Shipping Policy for current details, or contact support@celsyn360.com if timing matters for your order.
Where do you ship?
Currently the United States only.
How do I track an order?
Use Track Your Order with your order number and billing email, or sign in to My Account to view your full order history.
Products
Are Celsyn360 research products intended for human use?
No. All research products on this Site are supplied for laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use, and not for personal, therapeutic, or medical use.
What does Sold Out mean?
A Sold Out product is temporarily out of stock. Its price and research information remain viewable, but it can't be added to a cart — through the catalog, the product page, or any other path — until inventory is restored.
How should research products be stored?
Check the Storage tab on each product's own page — we show verified, product-specific storage information where it's available, rather than one blanket storage claim for every product. Where specific guidance isn't yet available, refer to the product label, batch documentation, and your lab's own SOPs.
Bundle & Save
How does Bundle & Save work?
On eligible, in-stock research products, choosing View Options on the product page lets you select 1, 2, 3, or 4 vials of the same product at checkout — the more you select, the lower the per-vial price. It applies to multiples of one product, not a mix of different products.
What are the current one-time bundle discounts?
2 Vials: 15% off. 3 Vials: 20% off. 4 Vials: 25% off — calculated from that product's current regular price.
Lab Results
What is a COA / lab report?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a laboratory's report of what was actually measured for a specific batch — for example, an identity or purity result. Only the analyses actually listed on a report should be assumed to have been performed.
Where can I find Lab Results?
Use our Lab Results page, or the COA / Lab Results tab on any research product page, and enter the batch number printed on your label.
What does batch verification mean?
It means looking up the specific batch number from your product label against our records to confirm whether we have a matching documentation record for that exact batch, and what it reported.
Why can different batches have different reports?
Each production run (batch or lot) is its own real-world event and is documented on its own. A report for one batch does not apply to a different batch of the same product — always check the batch number on your own label.
Accounts
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you view past orders and manage your details in My Account.
Returns & Support
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@celsyn360.com with your order number, billing email, a description of the issue, and photos where appropriate — see our Refund Policy for the full process.
Can I return research products?
Research-product orders are generally final sale once dispatched, with exceptions for damaged, missing, incorrect, or legally required cases — see our Refund Policy for the complete terms.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
